Couple’s Lives Transformed

Amira is a Muslim woman who had many psychological traumas from her failed marriage. She had no peace and was searching for a glimmer of hope.

She met some of our indigenous leaders and told them part of her story. She was living with a man who was not her husband, and she understood she was walking in sin and shame. Our leaders shared the gospel with her and taught her ways to live a God-honoring life. But she was not ready to commit her life to Jesus yet.

One day she called our leaders to ask how to live a life full of peace. Amira talked to the man she was living with, and they decided to get married. They repented of their sins and turned their lives over to Christ. They were married and baptized in the church.

Now, our indigenous leaders have seen significant life change in the couple. They use their lives and marriage to glorify the Lord. Both Amira and her new husband have been trained to share their faith and are now involved in ministry with their local church.

Once placing her faith in Jesus, Amira was completely healed from all her mental and psychological trauma. She has encouraged so many other women in her community by sharing her story and showing them how Jesus has completely changed her life.

Join us in praying for Amira and her husband as they continue to boldly share their faith in a Muslim community.
